Know where you can stage the truck. Old Bridge ordinances prohibit unnecessary street obstructions. If your street is narrow or curved (common in subdivisions like Heritage Woods), we may stage in a nearby cul‑de‑sac and shuttle with dollies. Review local rules here.

Reserve elevators and request a COI early. Many condo and apartment communities along CR‑516 and Route 34 require elevator reservations and Certificates of Insurance. Share building requirements with us at booking so we can coordinate time windows and protection materials.
